Yellow Flag is up for London and ready for action. Goes all in after three hands and is bundled from the table. Doesnt hand around and departs to the television area to watch the Poker Million. Needs some tips. Could this be the start of a long run of bad form?
Candyman is no longer in a sweet period of form. Goes all in against Five Fingers. Does a war dance whilst Fingers thinks long and hard before calling with nothing. The Candyman had slighty less than nothing and is out too.
Five Fingers is full of confidence after ousting the Candyman and tries to barnstorn his way around the table. Must have left the barn door open as his poker horse has bolted and he is adjourns to the television area.
Hummingbird is in town and has been reading up on poker. Looks to have worked a treat as she cleans up in the early hands. Unable to respond in the shorter game, she crumbles and is left with only an overdue library ticket for consolation.
Sugarbabe is playing only her second game and turns in a solid performance. No grinding, she wins some nice pots. Candyboy (our blackjack toddler expert) is in her corner and pulls a nice manouvre by lifting the Hummingbird's wallet. Sugarbabe can't make it to the end.
The Boy Plunger is grinding. Third place AGAIN. No points mean no prizes for our favorite slow player. Again says that he didn't have the cards. Beginning to suspect that if it isn't bullets (AA) or cowboys (KK) he isn't interested. Another good finish though.
It's the DOG and Professor in the final. The DOG loses another showdown and the myth of invincibility is broken. The Professor looks to have reached his breaking point due to typical heavy drinking. Has enough in reserve to impound the DOG with some aggressive wild play. A great win. Watch and learn poker pupils.
